Coach Caitlin is excited to be back with the Warriors for her fourth season! She began swimming at the age of 5 and is excited to pass on her love of swimming. She grew up in Richmond, VA swimming in the Southside Swim League and Chesterfield Aquatic League. Coach Caitlin is also a graduate of James Madison University, with degrees in Math and Secondary Education. She currently teaches 8th grade, and coaches swimming, at Thomas Jefferson Middle School here in Arlington.

Patrick is excited to return for another season coaching the Warriors. He grew up swimming on the team and also swam four years varsity at Bishop O'Connell and for York Swim Club. He enjoys the spirit and fun of summer swimming, and hopes that every swimmer has a great summer as a member of this amazing team!

Assistant Coach Lindsay Cronin

Coach Lindsay is excited to be back for her fifth season coaching the Warriors! She began swimming at the age of 7 for the Dominion Hills Warriors and continued swimming year round for Arlington Aquatic Club. Later, she swam at Hood College where the distance events were her specialty. Her love of the sport continues to grow with coaching. She can't wait to pass on her love of the sport from the youngest Warrior, all the way through the the senior swimmers. 

Coach Lindsay is a second grade Special Education teacher at Ashlawn Elementary School in Arlington. 

"I am so thrilled to be apart of a team I grew up loving so much! Every summer I looked forward to my summer swim season and still do! It's great to continue to see the Dominion Hills spirit growing, while some traditions have stayed with the team. HAIL DH!"

Assistant Coach David Hughes

Coach David began swimming for the Warriors when he was seven years old, and is thrilled to join the team as a coach this year! He looks forward to having an exciting summer of fast swims, helping swimmers reach their potential, and cheering with the team!

David continues to swim competitively at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he specializes in middle distance freestyle. He trains in the off-season with Clark Swim Club.

Michael is excited to coach the Warriors this summer. He is a rising sophomore, majoring in finance, at Virginia Tech. Michael began swimming when he joined the DH swim team at the age of 12. He swam for Washington-Lee High School for four years and the Arlington Aquatic Club year-round program for three years. He currently swims on the Virginia Tech Swim Club. He is looking forward to another season with the Warriors.

Coach Jacob is excited to coach DH for his first season! He is grateful to come back and coach the team that he swam for from age 7 to 18. Jacob has always loved the water, and the great team atmosphere at DH made swim season the centerpiece of every summer. Jacob can't wait to share his passion for swimming and racing with everyone, and be a part of the DH community! Jacob swam for Arlington Aquatics Club for 6 years and is now on the club sWiM team at the College of William & Mary, where he is majoring in International Relations.

"The DH swim team was awesome because I could have fun with my friends while also getting to compete and improve in a sport I love. I'm so grateful that I can come back and continue the DH dream as a coach! DO YOU LIKE WAFFLES?? Ya, I like waffles!"

Mini Warriors Coach Lauren Charles

Lauren Charles is eager to make her coaching debut this summer with the Mini Warriors! She grew up swimming with the Warriors every summer, and is delighted to be able to continue her involvement with the team. Lauren enjoys the camaraderie of the team, and hopes to show the Minis how fun swim team can be. She currently goes to James Madison University, where she is on the club swim team and studies environmental biology.
