Check out the recap for the week one meet against Fairfax here:
Welcome to Dominion Hills Diving!
The Dominion Hills Dive Team helps athletes gain strength and confidence in a safe environment while having fun along the way. They will develop many skills as they move on to more advanced dives. Diving offers a unique mix of individual and team accomplishments.
The dive team accepts divers from age 5 to seniors in high school. The minimum requirement is to have already passed the swim test and be able to jump off the board.
In addition to the practices and meets, there will be a Season Kick-Off Party, a Lip Sync Contest, Friday Breakfasts, Pep Rallies, and an Awards Banquet.
We know many divers have been working hard in the winter and it will be great to have all the Warriors back in the same pool again! We are also excited for everyone to see our new record board at the pool.
Let's go Warriors!
Our dive program is not possible without volunteers so please download our new refrigerator-ready printable calendar by clicking on the SignUp Genius link on the right and take a look at the Volunteer Opportunities page so you can be ready when the DH Dive Team SignUp Genius is sent June 1st. Also consider going to a NVSL volunteer clinic. Attending a clinic is a great way to learn more about how to be a meet judge, table worker and/or referee. Even if you are not interested in judging a meet, the Judges Clinics are a super way to lean more about the sport of diving!

2017 Suit Design
We are excited to share this year's suit design! These Speedo suits will be available at Sportfair by the second week of May and at the Dive Team Info Meeting on May 13. The sales reps often recommend purchasing the tightest suit possible but please keep in mind that this suit is made of a different material than last season's suit and doesn't have as much "give".
